Words To Live By "Rule #1... have fun. Rule #2... work hard."

I’ve been playing sports since I was 4 years old. Although I am only still currently playing hockey as the starting goalie of the Chilliwack chiefs, I have played almost every sport you could think of. The importance of diversifying your training rounds out your athletic abilities but also keeps training fun and interesting. I enjoy training all levels of athletes and I am excited to join the XO team.

I am currently working towards a bachelor of science in nursing degree where I hope to specialize in maternity. I come from a background of competitive dancing and basketball, where my love for health and fitness began. I am passionate about creating an overall healthy mind body and soul. This is why I love spin! During my classes, I want riders to lose themselves in the music, channeling their inner strengths and pushing beyond their limits. I want riders to leave my class feeling strong and capable, knowing that they didn’t give up. My goal is to provide an atmosphere that is fun, but challenging for all levels of riders.
Cheya is a wife and mother of four who has a huge desire to share her love of fitness. She is a BCRPA certified personal trainer, weight trainer, and group fitness instructor. Encouraging people to find self confidence and to train their bodies to their limit is what motivates her. Cheya believes that hard work and a focused mind will pay of in the end and her passion for fitness shows in and with anyone she works with. In her spare time she can be found running, agility and strength training, and most importantly, cheering on her family in all of their sporting events. #HardWorkPaysOff
If your looking for fiery sass, and an honest opinion, look no further. I love connecting with everyone, and just sharing this journey we call life. Chilliwack raised, and corn fed you’ll find me either downtown Chilliwack hitting up some local eats or at home lounging it out with a glass of wine while studying. I’m attending the university of the Fraser Valley working towards a kinesiology undergrad. I would love to work and grow in this beautiful community. One day you’ll see me at XO and maybe another in clinical. But let me tell you, you’ll have a memorable experience.
