Cheya is a wife and mother of four who has a huge desire to share her love of fitness. She is a BCRPA certified personal trainer, weight trainer, and group fitness instructor. Encouraging people to find self confidence and to train their bodies to their limit is what motivates her. Cheya believes that hard work and a focused mind will pay of in the end and her passion for fitness shows in and with anyone she works with. In her spare time she can be found running, agility and strength training, and most importantly, cheering on her family in all of their sporting events.

Meet Other Trainers

Bree has a Bachelor of Arts as well as a Bachelor of Education. She is a primary teacher and comes from a dance background where she competed in Irish Dance (Riverdance) all around the world. She has been spinning for the last 7 years and is a full-blown spin addict. She trained in Vancouver where the style is very beat driven. You feel the beat, move to the beat and BE THE BEAT. Get ready for choreography, different movements on the bike and an intense full-body workout reinforced by the authority of the music. She brings a unique and exciting twist to spin so come ready to sweat, hold on, and hit that beat from start to finish.
    Shaina has a degree in communications and is also pursuing a career in real estate. She loves competition and lives by the words “if you aren’t first you’re last” lol! and considers herself probably one of the most competitive people you’ll meet. Other than hiking in the summer and getting outside for a round of golf, spinning is the only exercise that Shaina is passionate about. Oh, and she has an unhealthy love for the New England Patriots and even flies to Boston every year for a game!
      I am currently working towards a bachelor of science in nursing degree where I hope to specialize in maternity. I come from a background of competitive dancing and basketball, where my love for health and fitness began. I am passionate about creating an overall healthy mind body and soul. This is why I love spin! During my classes, I want riders to lose themselves in the music, channeling their inner strengths and pushing beyond their limits. I want riders to leave my class feeling strong and capable, knowing that they didn’t give up. My goal is to provide an atmosphere that is fun, but challenging for all levels of riders.
