This class is reserved for sports teams and focuses on drills and exercises designed to improve performance in sports. Led by our extremely experienced team, athletes gain strength, and endurance through a combination of cardio and strength training to achieve results.

Things to expect when you arrive
You should plan to arrive at least 15 mins before class starts, so you can check in, book your spot on the X room chart, and to get your complimentary towel and your shoes on. The door will be closed until your instructor has prepared your class, and then he/she will open to let everyone to set up and warmed up. We do provide complimentary sweat towels as well as a cool eucalyptus towel for after your class.

You can also expect to possibly jump on a spin bike, in which case we would provide clip shoes.
